Bulletin of Ahl-i Hagh Qizilbashs living abroad concerning the recent self-immolation in Hamadan

4^th and 5^th of June is crime against humanity!

In the recent days most of the human right advocate sites such as Herana and Iran Global have published the news of two Ahl-i Hagh followers self immolation in front of Hamadan governor’s hall in 4^th and 5^th of June 2013. Unfortunately the news sites that publish the news of Kurd Yaresan’s Ahl-i Hagh and some human right activists intentionally or unintentionally have tried to record the victims as Kurds, that it is immoral and it worsens the pains of Iran’s dictator and anti-human governments measures against us; the Turk Qizilbashs.

According to our reporters, Hassan Razavi the Turk Qizilbash residing in Hamadan in 4^th of June and Nikmard Taheri one of Kurd Yaresans in Sahne region of Kermanshah in 5^th of June have self immolated in front of Hamadan governor’s hall because of offence and disrespect to their religious principles and shaving the mustache of one of their friends, Kioumerth Tamnak by 5 security guards of Hamadan prison that is an example of restricting policies of personal freedoms by the regime. Following the events, Hassan Razavi has been hospitalized in one of the hospitals in Tehran under security guards’ supervision by 60 percent of immolation; unfortunately, Nikmard Taheri has passed away before being taken to hospital. The reporters have reported that intelligent department attempts to control the demonstrators, ordinary people, and the relatives of the victims and the people of Sahneh city through blackmailing and threatening. However, some of the demonstrators have threatened that if authorities do not respond and take necessary measures, they would self immolate to continue the events.

It must be mentioned that Turk Qizilbashs form 10% of Iranian Turks; unfortunately, the civil code of Islamic Republic of Iran, ignoring the multicultural and multi-nationality of Iran tries to apply the policies of assimilation to all Iranians through elimination and abasement of the languages and different rites. Iran’s hypocrite Persian government carries out its policies through Islam against Turks. In addition to different genocides, using the mass media, tribunes of Friday prayers and mosques, army bases and universities, regularly continues its negative advertisements and offences against Turks and its related Qizilbash groups and applies irreparable moral harms. The regime not only applies cultural and religious genocides, but also takes measures for terrorism and physical genocide either; one of its obvious examples are the events of Uoch Tepeh village (in Miandoab) and the attack of armed force to the village and weaponless villagers with heavy weapons in 2004.

We as the youth of Turk Ahl-Hagh Qizilbashs residing in different countries condemn Iran government for creating anxiety and terror, applying Persinizing and Shiitizing policies to Turks and Ahl-i Hagh Qizilbashs in one hand and Kurdizing policies in order to assimilate us in the frame of Kurdish Yaresan religious groups and through the present bulletin we request all human right organizations to take necessary measures for mentioned anti-human right crimes.
